If any provision less than this Loan Arrangement is held as invalid or unenforceable by a courtroom with jurisdiction over this matter, these provision shall be rendered as enforceable via the court to the extent that it could be lawfully doable. All remaining provisions underneath this Loan Agreement shall not be afflicted.Should the collate
